Using ClubPlan
ClubplanIf you have forgotten your password
Go to:
http://www.clubplan.org/TM/login.asp?org=0
The Organisation should be changed to Broadgate Speakers in the City (click on the displayed organisation's name to change it).
Enter your email address for Your Name (or e-mail).
Leave Password empty.
Click Send me my password.
Alternatively, you can simply use one of the meeting reminder links from a previous meeting's clubplan email.
Booking in for a role
When you log into clubplan, you should see the Meetings screen by default. If not, click the Meetings tab at the top left of the screen.
All the meeting roles that are marked (available) are bookable.
Click on the relevant meeting date to be taken to the agenda screen.
A list of all the roles will appear on the left hand side of the screen underneath the meeting details.
Click on one of the roles and conmplete your booking on the following screen.
Back on the agenda screen, to the right of the listing for your role will be a confirm link. You can click it at anytime to confirm that you'll be attending. Otherwise you may confirm via the link in the reminder emails that are sent 6 days and 2 days before the meeting. Please confirm before receiving the "2 days before" reminder.
